What You'll Do5
- 1Perform routine maintenance and repairs such as drywall patching and painting minor plumbing electrical fixtures and appliance troubleshooting
- 2Execute door lock cabinet and hardware repairs coordinate tenant access and maintain clean professional job sites
- 3Conduct preventative maintenance inspections identify issues early and recommend solutions track time and material usage
- 4Own basic hand tools and possess a valid driver’s license reliable transportation ability to lift fifty pounds and work on ladders
- 5Maintain consistent punctuality detail orientation and respectful communication with tenants
Requirements4
- 15+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience strong knowledge of plumbing electrical carpentry and painting
