- 5Collaborate with vendors on maintenance initiatives
- 6Maintain tool inventory and workshop supplies
- 7Report urgent issues to Property Manager immediately
- 8Perform groundskeeping and snow removal duties
- 9Attend training and keep certifications current
- 10Follow safety protocols and promote workplace safety
- 11Manage standby support and respond to emergency calls within 30 minutes
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2AA degree or certification in mechanical HVAC electrical or industrial maintenance preferred
- 31+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician in residential settings
- 4Knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC refrigeration appliance repair and pool/sauna systems
- 5Certified Pool Operator License Special Boiler's License and Type II Refrigerant Certification within 6 months of hire
- 6Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- 7Physical stamina for kneeling lifting and working in varied environments
- 8Fluent English communication skills
- 9Ability to make quick decisions and manage multiple priorities
- 10Experience handling emergency situations with prompt response times
