Requirements7
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum two years building maintenance experience preferably hospitality or senior living
- 3Experience in carpet cleaning floor care painting preferred
- 4Ability to lift fifty pounds
- 5Willingness to walk climb stairs bend and squat
- 6Ability to withstand external weather conditions
