Overview
The Diocesan Housing Service Corporation of the Diocese of Camden seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician II to support multifamily housing operations. This role involves repairing and maintaining rental units and facilities across multiple sites while adhering to faith-based standards. Responsibilities include outdoor work, emergency call rotations, and using property management software.
What You'll Do11

- 8Maintain positive customer relationships and team cohesion
- 9Operate hand tools and lift materials up to 100 pounds
- 10Travel between DHSC properties in New Jersey
- 11Drive a reliable personal vehicle for transportation
Requirements11
- 1Ability to kneel crouch climb crawl for repairs
- 2Proficiency with web-based maintenance devices
- 3Basic carpentry plumbing and electrical skills
- 4Valid driver’s license and insurance
- 5Experience with OSHA safety procedures
- 6Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 7Driver’s license in good standing
- 8Literacy confirmed through high school education or trade school
- 9Current certifications such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 10Experience with REAC inspections asbestos handling
- 11Strong teamwork and communication abilities
