What You'll Do11
- 1Follow checklists and schedules to complete assigned tasks
- 2Address resident requests by investigating service tickets and performing routine repairs
- 3Execute mechanical repairs for damaged or broken apartment or amenity components
- 4Escalate complex HVAC electrical plumbing and appliance issues to senior technicians
- 5Paint interior and exterior surfaces including fixtures and building exteriors
- 6Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas through regular inspections
- 7Process waste removal and sanitation duties for trash and recycling areas
- 8Perform preventive maintenance such as filter changes and smoke detector checks
- 9Assist with move-in/out processes and resident move‑in orientations
- 10Track service request statuses and document completed work orders
- 11Store and organize supplies according to established procedures
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience with painting plumbing electrical and carpentry
- 2Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred
- 3EPA certification (Universal or both Type I and Type II) required
- 4High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to learn industry‑leading technology
- 6Ability to communicate clearly with residents regarding service needs
- 7Willingness to work independently and handle urgent tasks
- 8Strong attention to detail for safety and quality standards
- 9Physical stamina to lift and move materials throughout the property
