Maintenance Technician, Electrical & Mechanical Manufacturing at Bullfrog Spas
Overview
Lead hands-on maintenance for manufacturing equipment at our Herriman facility, ensuring safety, reliability, and continuous improvement for a fast-growing premium hot tub producer. You will work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and collaborate with team leaders to minimize downtime. This role blends independent work with strong teamwork in a supportive environment.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery including electrical and mechanical systems and weld/fabrication tasks.
- 2Identify diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- 3Document all work and communicate clearly with production teams and supervisors.
- 4Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols as part of the 5 S program.
- 5Collaborate with area Team Leaders to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently both independently and as a team.
- 6Provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement in processes safety and maintenance efficiency.
Requirements10
- 1Previous experience in a manufacturing role with a solid understanding of machinery and equipment
- 2Experience or training in troubleshooting mechanical electrical hydraulic or pneumatic systems
- 3Proficiency in welding fabrication pipe fitting and electronics is highly desired
- 4Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work at heights
- 5Pass forklift certification post hire or ability to obtain it
- 6Strong verbal and written communication skills for vendors colleagues and supervisors
- 7Ability to read and follow technical drawings manuals and schematics
- 8Valid Utah driver’s license
- 9Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
- 10Education certifications in maintenance functions preferred
