What You'll Do10
- 1Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks and break/fix repairs on industrial equipment
- 2Conduct filter belt monitoring and digital equipment reading analysis using handheld amp-meters
- 3Grease mechanical components and change machine oils
- 4Troubleshoot electrical systems including motor controls contactors and pressure hydraulics
- 5Fabricate fixtures and jigs through welding for manufacturing processes
- 6Train operators on daily equipment maintenance and diagnostic cues
- 7Report safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager
- 8Maintain Scrubber machinery for hazardous material handling
- 9Execute daily and weekly maintenance plans to keep equipment operational
- 10Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve facility efficiency
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 2 years experience in industrial maintenance facilities with hands-on technical training
- 2Certification in electrical systems and LOTO procedures
- 3Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical electrical issues
- 4Familiarity with 480 three-phase power systems and motor controls
- 5HazMat General Awareness and HAZWOPER certification preferred
- 6Physical stamina to lift 50 pounds and navigate confined spaces
- 7Strong written communication skills in English
- 8Experience with vacuum pumps induction melting heat treat furnaces valued
- 9Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
- 10Commitment to safety protocols and hazard mitigation practices
- 11Ability to learn new troubleshooting methodologies independently
