Maintenance Technician Heavy Industrial Manufacturing

You own the uptime of production machinery, buildings, and facility systems at a 30°F refrigerated food manufacturing plant. You will keep PLC-driven lines running, respond to breakdowns, and execute GMP-compliant preventive maintenance. Work Monday–Friday with weekends and overtime as needed. This role requires electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting in a cold, high-noise environment.

You will own uptime for six extrusion presses across a 600,000 sq ft facility in Phoenix, AZ. You'll troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, rebuild parts, and perform preventative maintenance to keep production running. You'll work alongside a team of 300 on day, night, or weekend shifts. This role offers hands-on work with CMMS and fabrication in a safety-first environment.

You will own uptime on production lines in a Dallas, TX manufacturing plant, keeping industrial equipment and electrical systems running at peak performance. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems daily, working with PLC controls and 3-phase electrical setups. You will team with production workers to coordinate preventive maintenance and communicate repair needs. You will have independence as a key maintenance resource on your shift, with a merit-based path to advancement and a quarterly bonus program.

You will maintain and optimize sorting, grinding, and washing equipment at a recycling and environmental services facility, ensuring reliable operation of automated systems. You will troubleshoot complex electromechanical equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and program basic PLC instructions. You will work with PLC systems, HVAC, and three-phase power, coordinating with vendors and supporting operations.
