What You'll Do11

  • 1Perform preventive predictive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and industrial ovens
  • 2Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures to reduce production delays
  • 3Conduct routine inspections and suggest reliability improvements
  • 4Complete accurate maintenance work orders following company protocols
  • 5Troubleshoot electrical systems motors sensors relays and control circuits using schematics
  • 6Support installation and repair of electrical components and production assets
  • 7Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan
  • 8Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions
  • 9Assist with repairs for ovens compressors pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • 10Follow OSHA regulations lockout tagout and safety policies during all activities
  • 11Collaborate with production engineering and facilities teams for continuous improvement

Requirements10

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance Electrical Technology Mechatronics preferred
  • 33-5 years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred
  • 4Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
  • 5Experience with industrial ovens composite equipment aerospace environments
  • 6Knowledge of electrical schematics motor controls and control circuits
  • 7Familiarity with hydraulics pneumatics and preventive maintenance programs
  • 8Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
  • 9Excellent communication abilities and teamwork orientation
  • 10Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing demands
