What You'll Do11
- 1Perform preventive predictive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and industrial ovens
- 2Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures to reduce production delays
- 3Conduct routine inspections and suggest reliability improvements
- 4Complete accurate maintenance work orders following company protocols
- 5Troubleshoot electrical systems motors sensors relays and control circuits using schematics
- 6Support installation and repair of electrical components and production assets
- 7Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan
- 8Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions
- 9Assist with repairs for ovens compressors pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- 10Follow OSHA regulations lockout tagout and safety policies during all activities
- 11Collaborate with production engineering and facilities teams for continuous improvement
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance Electrical Technology Mechatronics preferred
- 33-5 years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred
- 4Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
- 5Experience with industrial ovens composite equipment aerospace environments
- 6Knowledge of electrical schematics motor controls and control circuits
- 7Familiarity with hydraulics pneumatics and preventive maintenance programs
- 8Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
- 9Excellent communication abilities and teamwork orientation
- 10Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing demands
