Store Sales Associate, Bullfrog Spas - Hot Tubs & Customer Service
Overview
The role owns in-store spa sales and customer service at our Naperville IL location, driving 100% customer satisfaction and store revenue growth. You will partner with the store manager to align schedules and support marketing efforts. This position offers hourly pay plus 3% commission per spa sold and involves weekend and some off-site events. You will join a values-driven team focused on care, commitment, trust, and innovation.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build relationships with customers to understand needs and recommend Bullfrog Spas products
- 2Provide stand-out service to drive customer satisfaction and repeat visits
- 3Stock merchandise and maintain showroom and warehouse organization
- 4Coordinate spa payment, delivery, and installation scheduling
- 5Assist with product purchasing, inventory control, and replenishment
- 6Support store marketing activities and promotional events
- 7Improve follow-up methods with new and existing customers
- 8Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- 9Maintain showroom cleanliness and professional appearance
- 10Participate in sales meetings and special projects as needed
Requirements9
- 1At least one year of sales experience preferred
- 2Excellent customer service skills
- 3Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 4Organized self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- 5Professional communication and persuasive abilities
- 6Ability to work weekends and attend events
- 7Administrative organization skills including time management and verbal communication
- 8Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- 9Willing to work off-site events when necessary
