Overview
JSP International LLC seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to lead uptime initiatives within our Resins operations. What You'll Do7
- 1Execute and own preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- 2Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- 3Diagnose issues with motors relays fuses and PLC-controlled equipment using diagnostic tools and meters
- 4Perform fabrication cutting and welding as needed
- 5Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- 6Communicate effectively with operations shift leadership and maintenance teams
- 7Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability efforts
Requirements8
- 11-2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- 2Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment independently
- 3Strong working knowledge of hydraulics pneumatics and electrical systems
- 4Experience working with PLCs and automated systems preferred
- 5Ability to read and interpret schematics diagrams and technical manuals
- 6Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs work at heights and climb ladders
- 7Forklift certification required
- 8Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including overtime
