What You'll Do11
- 1Handle repairs for equipment and facilities
- 2Complete preventive maintenance on all equipment
- 3Maintain tool inventory and proper storage
- 4Manage replacement parts and equipment inventory
- 5Inspect tools and equipment for working order status
- 6Update maintenance and repair logs
- 7Ensure safe neat and orderly facility
- 8Identify process deficiencies and report to management
- 9Lead training and safety sessions
- 10Report safety violations immediately
- 11Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 1Previous experience with electrical hydraulic and mechanical systems on industrial equipment
- 2Strong mechanical skills and ability to use power and hand tools
- 3Ability to read and follow service repair manuals
- 4Physical ability to lift 50 pounds independently
- 5Concrete knowledge of physical demands including squatting bending and kneeling
- 6Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 7Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- 8Commitment to safety and quality standards
- 9Willingness to attend and lead training sessions
- 10Experience with hazardous material handling procedures
