ProSource Staffing seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to support facility operations in Pasadena TX. What You'll Do11
- 1Perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems including mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC tasks
- 2Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment such as fillers cappers labelers printers drop packers and palletizers
- 3Conduct routine facility inspections and document equipment performance
- 4Execute preventative maintenance programs and identify equipment issues to complete necessary repairs
- 5Diagnose machinery failures and implement corrective actions
- 6Ensure safety systems function properly including fans alarms gas detectors and fire suppression systems
- 7Perform HVAC maintenance by replacing belts filters and bearings
- 8Complete minor electrical repairs like replacing light bulbs and fuses
- 9Assist with coordination of outside contractors vendors and engineering support
- 10Provide technical guidance and training to production team members
- 11Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned
Requirements9
- 1Minimum of 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Active forklift certification
- 4Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- 6Ability to stand walk climb ladders bend and work in tight spaces
- 7Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- 8Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- 9Excellent communication and organizational skills
