Overview
We are currently hiring an Electromechanical professional with CNC expertise. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot mechanical electrical and control issues across diverse manufacturing equipment. This role involves inspecting maintaining and testing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include operating forklifts performing rigging tasks and utilizing advanced electrical tools.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and commission new electrical installations for industrial machinery
- 2Design preventive maintenance programs for conveyor systems and hydraulic presses
- 3Diagnose and resolve PLC programming conflicts using diagnostic software
- 4Conduct electrical troubleshooting with continuity testers and multimeters
- 5Install and configure variable frequency drives for motor control optimization
- 6Lead safety initiatives including forklift operation and scaffold access protocols
- 7Perform rigging activities for heavy equipment relocation and installation
- 8Maintain documentation for electrical systems meeting OSHA and NFPA codes
- 9Collaborate with engineering teams to implement automation solutions
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience assembling electrical wiring for industrial facilities
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified cloud credentials optional
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 55+ years installing and servicing industrial control panels
- 63-5 seasons managing complex mechanical systems
- 7Proficient with ladder safety and roof work requirements
- 8Excellent understanding of three-phase power distribution systems
- 9Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and blueprint interpretation
- 10Experience with digital logic controllers and programmable logic systems
