What You'll Do11
- 1Lead with safety following all procedures
- 2Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial machinery
- 3Install and wire electrical systems using hand/power tools
- 4Troubleshoot faults with meters and diagnostic tools
- 5Connect conductors to breakers and transformers per code
- 6Perform laser alignment and vibration checks
- 7Plan safe rigging operations and assist with safety duties
- 8Fabricate parts from steel and structural materials
- 9Maintain compliance with electrical codes
- 10Assist with miscellaneous electrical functions and rigging
- 11Work with CNC machines and advanced processing equipment
Requirements12
- 1At least 2 years industrial manufacturing experience
- 2Mechanical aptitude with pipefitting and maintenance
- 3Proficient oxy-acetylene torch and welding certification
- 4Laser alignment and vibration monitoring skills
- 5Programming VFDs and troubleshooting PLCs
- 6Tool proficiency with ohmmeters and oscilloscopes
- 7Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds
- 8Certified forklift and high lift operation
- 9Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- 10Conversational English reading writing speaking
- 11High school diploma preferred
- 12Physical capability to lift 20–50 lbs
