- 5Manage inventory and organize maintenance shops safely
- 6Train employees and collaborate with Property Managers on vendor selection
- 7Keep accurate records of utility shut-offs and meter readings
- 8Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs
- 9Conduct weekly community inspections and inspect contractor work
- 10Ensure insurance compliance and document move-out video tapes
- 11Review detailed service requests daily and maintain logbooks
Requirements7
- 1Valid driver's license with insurance and acceptable driving record
- 2EPA certification preferred within 90 days of hire
- 35+ years experience with plumbing electrical HVAC systems and appliances
- 4Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- 5Strong communication skills for resident interactions
- 6Experience with maintenance software and budget management
