What You'll Do8

  • 1Hire, train, and supervise maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager
  • 2Inspect properties and address maintenance needs to ensure integrity and safety

  • 4Coordinate the make-ready process to ensure units are rent-ready

Requirements8

  • 1High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
