What You'll Do8
- 1Hire, train, and supervise maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager
- 2Inspect properties and address maintenance needs to ensure integrity and safety
- 3Follow up on service requests and complete work orders based on priority
- 4Coordinate the make-ready process to ensure units are rent-ready
- 5Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards
- 6Execute preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life
- 7Keep the shop and work areas clean and organized
- 8Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- 2Valid driver's license
- 3EPA HVAC Type I and II certified
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- 6Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- 7Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- 8Legal authorization to work in the United States
