Lead a team of skilled trades professionals at DTNA's Mt. Holly Truck Manufacturing Plant to maintain critical production equipment and facility systems. What You'll Do11
- 1Drive employee safety and equipment reliability through proactive maintenance strategies
- 2Design and allocate manpower to meet daily production requirements and work orders
- 3Implement Total Productive Maintenance initiatives to sustain facility stability
- 4Support TOS problem solving techniques to eliminate costly equipment failures
- 5Coordinate resources and set daily priorities for team members
- 6Administer company policies and address employee relations issues
- 7Supervise entry and intermediate level professionals in manufacturing environments
- 8Develop and complete capital projects within budget and timeline
- 9Promote 5S goals to continuously improve maintenance work environment
- 10Interpret and enforce procedures across departments
- 11Act as decision maker for daily activities guided by business plans
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 22-4 years leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing
- 3Proven success leading teams of 20+ employees
- 4Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance systems including pumps motors gearboxes conveyors
- 5Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and reducing downtime
