Site Technical Operations & Asset Reliability Manager
Overview
Lead production floor operations and asset reliability as part of a day in the life. Start the morning reviewing overnight performance and conducting walk-throughs of extrusion lines. Finalize CAR submissions and align capital plans with AOP targets. Conduct cross-functional huddles focused on waste reduction and safety. Mentor engineers and map kaizen initiatives aimed at improving uptime and yield.

- 3Prioritize maintenance and process capability during shift starts
- 4Finalize CAR submissions and align capital plans with AOP targets
- 5Facilitate cross-functional huddles with Operations and EHS for waste reduction and safety
- 6Mentor engineers and approve maintenance materials spend
- 7Map kaizen initiatives targeting uptime and yield
- 8Own end-to-end leadership of Engineering Maintenance and Process Control
- 9Ensure facilities and production assets meet safety and quality standards
- 10Provide engineering resources to sustain daily production
- 11Manage AOP budget for technical teams building and grounds maintenance materials and utilities
Requirements8
- 1BA/BS in Engineering preferred
- 26+ years in engineering with proven project and process management experience
- 33+ years supervising technical teams
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities across technical systems
- 6Proficiency with MS Office AutoCAD and MRP systems
- 7Track record leading cross-functional initiatives
- 8Experience with FSQA HACCP AS9100 Packaging experience GMP Plastic extrusion Machines & technologies
Salary Insight
$135 - $145k per year
