What You'll Do8

  • 2Implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • 3Conduct weekly facility inspections, identifying and resolving equipment issues.
  • 4Coordinate repair activities to minimize production disruptions.
  • 5Maintain detailed records of work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history.
  • 6Enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
  • 7Partner with production and engineering to address recurring failures.
  • 8Manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and vendor contracts.

Requirements7

  • 15+ years in maintenance management within manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • 2Hands-on experience with HVAC, PLCs, and hydraulic systems.
  • 32+ years leading a team of technicians, including scheduling and performance reviews.
  • 4Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical failures.
  • 5Familiarity with CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 6Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
  • 7Certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical fields is a plus.
