Maintenance Manager, Industrial & HVAC Systems
Overview
You will own maintenance operations for a Newton facility, overseeing all equipment and systems to ensure peak reliability. Lead a team of technicians, driving safety and efficiency. What You'll Do8
- 1Supervise the maintenance team, setting clear priorities and providing hands-on guidance.
- 2Implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- 3Conduct weekly facility inspections, identifying and resolving equipment issues.
- 4Coordinate repair activities to minimize production disruptions.
- 5Maintain detailed records of work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history.
- 6Enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
- 7Partner with production and engineering to address recurring failures.
- 8Manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and vendor contracts.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in maintenance management within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- 2Hands-on experience with HVAC, PLCs, and hydraulic systems.
- 32+ years leading a team of technicians, including scheduling and performance reviews.
- 4Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical failures.
- 5Familiarity with CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 6Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
- 7Certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical fields is a plus.
