What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations and coordinate staff activities
- 2Train and supervise maintenance personnel on safety protocols
- 3Maintain equipment and parts inventory with accurate records
- 4Perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient building systems
- 5Execute repairs and replacements using hand and power tools
- 6Inspect mechanical components and address issues through troubleshooting
- 7Clean and lubricate machinery parts and perform routine handyman tasks
- 8Coordinate electrical and plumbing work following industry standards
- 9Prepare for maintenance projects by gathering tools and materials
- 10Assist with safety training and manage community safety programs
- 11Handle on-call and weekend manager duties as directed by the Executive Director
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience or equivalent education and experience
- 2Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- 3High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 4Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- 5Proficiency in reading technical documents and safety manuals
- 6Strong communication skills for team coordination and client interactions
- 7Experience with HVAC certification and knowledge of building systems
- 8Understanding of preventive maintenance practices and facility management
- 9Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
