Overview

What You'll Do8

Requirements9
- 15+ years building maintenance experience
- 2Spark and Airflow proficiency
- 3Welding certification preferred
- 4High school diploma required
- 5On-the-job training provided
- 6Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 7Strong organizational skills
- 8Experience with hand and power tools
- 9Professional demeanor suitable for senior living environment
