What You'll Do13
- 1Perform structural repairs to masonry woodwork concrete and furnishings
- 2Maintain plumbing and electrical systems replace worn parts like switches and fuses
- 3Mow weed eat edge and weed property courtyards
- 4Replace damaged hoses wiring and belts in equipment such as HVAC fountain irrigation vacuum carpet cleaners lighting systems exhaust fire and security systems
- 5Paint interior and exterior walls and trim
- 6Clean internal areas including buffing dusting sweeping mopping vacuuming shampooing carpets waste pickup and window washing
- 7Manage resident service requests respond within 24 hours when possible
- 8Maintain MSDS sheets and ensure proper hazardous material storage following EPA OSHA regulations
- 9Document preventative maintenance service requests expenditures and resident room make-ready processes
- 10Accompany vendors and Regional Maintenance Director during inspections
- 11Adhere to safety infection control building and life safety guidelines for Alzheimer's assisted living
- 12Oversee fire drill process report damages to Community Director address complaints during MOD rotation resolve issues per policies
- 13Participate in Manager-On-Duty weekend rotations oversee community operations and handle complaints
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Plumbing expertise using AWS Certified knowledge
- 3HVAC maintenance skills with OSHA compliance training
- 4Landscape design proficiency for grounds upkeep
- 5CPC Card certification preferred
- 6High school diploma or equivalent required
- 7Valid driver’s license necessary
- 8Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- 9Strong communication skills for reporting and teamwork
- 10Experience with blueprint interpretation and safety documentation
