Maintenance Assistant, Healthcare Facility & HVAC | Pittsburgh

You will own the day-to-day upkeep of our Skilled Nursing facility, inspecting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to keep residents and staff safe. You will work alongside a Maintenance Director and a regional team, coordinating schedules and responding to requests across the building. Work full-time with a consistent schedule, plus on-call rotation for emergencies.
