Mailroom Coordinator, Entry-Level Support
Overview
You will manage the daily flow of incoming and outgoing mail for a restaurant group in New York. You will sort, label, and distribute packages to ensure timely delivery. The team relies on you to keep the mailroom organized and stocked. This entry-level role includes paid training and step-by-step guidance. You will learn every part of the operation and support coworkers across departments.
What You'll Do10
- 1Receive and organize incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- 2Sort mail by department, recipient, or delivery location.
- 3Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
- 4Label envelopes, packages, and shipping materials accurately.
- 5Keep mailroom supplies stocked and organized.
- 6Record incoming and outgoing shipments when required.
- 7Assist with distributing mail and packages to the correct locations.
- 8Maintain a clean, safe, and organized mailroom.
- 9Report damaged or missing items to a supervisor.
- 10Work with team members to ensure daily mail is processed on time.
