Overview
The Client Service Associate will own mail and shipping operations while supporting office coordination. You will manage deliveries respond to inquiries and maintain organized workspaces.
What You'll Do11
- 1Receive sort and distribute inbound mail and packages
- 2Process outgoing shipments using postage and shipping systems
- 3Track deliveries using scanning tools and maintain accurate records
- 4Respond to inquiries about mail and package status
- 5Fulfill basic print and document requests
- 6Provide light support for copier equipment such as toner replacement
- 7Monitor and replenish paper and office supplies in copy/mail areas
- 8Maintain clean organized mailrooms and service areas
- 9Assist with meeting room setups and workplace support tasks
- 10Communicate with employees regarding deliveries and service requests
- 11Cross-train across mailroom functions and support additional operational needs
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 22+ years of relevant experience preferred
- 3Ability to lift and move packages 20–40 lbs frequently
- 4Strong communication and customer service skills
- 5Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes
- 6Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions
- 7Physical ability to stand walk bend and move throughout the day
- 8Ability to perform manual tasks and operate office equipment
