What You'll Do9
- 1Lead daily operations of the Mail/Messenger Center handling receipt inspection and processing of incoming and outgoing materials
- 2Ensure accurate package scanning and safe handling using UPS and Microsoft Office tools
- 3Inspect deliveries for security threats and coordinate pickup of outbound boxes from tenants
- 4Sort items into categories and prepare them for shipping or storage
- 5Maintain detailed activity logs and records
- 6Follow all safety procedures while operating mail carts and lifting up to 50lbs
- 7Drive improvements in workflow efficiency through process optimization
- 8Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support departmental goals
- 9Train and support colleagues in mail and messenger best practices
Requirements8
- 1High School diploma or GED
- 22-5 years of mail messenger experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 3Certified in Cloud Practitioner or similar certification
- 4At least 3 years of experience with UPS or alternative courier software
- 5Physical stamina to lift 50lbs and operate equipment safely
- 6Strong communication and problem solving abilities
- 7Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- 8Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
