What You'll Do11

  • 9Provides technical support and documentation to machine operators
  • 10Supports process planning and fixture design for machining
  • 11Ensures adherence to GD&T and aerospace material standards

Requirements11

  • 110+ years programming CNC mills and lathes
  • 2Experience with NC lathe programming
  • 3Proficiency in FeatureCAM or equivalent CAD/CAM software
  • 4Knowledge of Vericut or similar CNC simulation tools
  • 5Strong understanding of milling and turning processes
  • 6Fixture design experience
  • 7Process plan development and setup documentation
  • 8Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) expertise
  • 9Blueprint reading and aerospace/defense material knowledge
  • 10Problem‑solving and organizational abilities
