Machine Operator Position at Weaver Production Team
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team in Anaheim. The ideal candidate will set up and operate weaving machines while handling carbon fiber materials. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $19 to $22 per hour across multiple shifts. Candidates should be prepared for flexible scheduling including overtime and rotating weekends.
What You'll Do9
- 1Set up and operate weaving machines (looms)
- 2Load yarn spools onto creels weighing 1–20 lbs.
- 3Monitor machines during operation and watch for defects
- 4Perform quality checks on finished fabric
- 5Change yarn packages as needed
- 6Remove completed fabric rolls and restart new rolls
- 7Complete required paperwork and labeling
- 8Maintain a clean and safe work area
- 9Report any machine or safety issues to supervisor
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Manufacturing experience preferred
- 3Basic math skills required
- 4Able to stand and walk for full 8-hour shift
- 5Able to bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull carts (with assistance)
- 6Reliable and able to work independently
- 7Overtime and rotating weekend availability required
- 8Reliable transportation required
- 9ITAR compliance: Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR
