What You'll Do17
- 1Run finished wafers through designated baths and testing processes according to established procedures
- 2Operate heat treatment equipment safely and accurately
- 3Package finished wafers following quality standards
- 4Transport wafers within the facility while maintaining proper handling practices
- 5Exercise careful wafer handling to minimize breakage and loss
- 6Complete batch divide process steps to support production workflows
- 7Load and unload wafers from production tools
- 8Stage incoming work and materials to ensure smooth production flow
- 9Process wafers through post-clean operations including data entry into Excel and GIP
- 10Collect and input production and quality data continuously
- 11Maintain 5S protocol and perform continuous housekeeping
- 12Conduct visual inspections of wafers to identify defects
- 13Perform pad changes and routine maintenance on assigned tools
- 14Prepare and deliver detailed pass-down reports at shift end
- 15Run multiple machines simultaneously after training
- 16Follow all safety requirements and procedures
- 17Perform other related duties as assigned

- 1Ability to be trained on new processes and apply instructions consistently
- 2Excellent attendance and reliability on night shift schedule
- 3English speaking and reading skills sufficient to read process documents
- 4High level of teamwork and cooperation in production environment
- 5Strict adherence to safety requirements at all times
- 6Understanding of basic math functions
- 7Strong attention to detail with ability to follow procedures precisely
- 8Comfortable using manufacturing equipment PC peripherals basic hand tools cleaning supplies
- 9High school diploma or GED preferred
- 10Prior cleanroom experience preferred
- 11Experience or interest in machine operation production semiconductor manufacturing beneficial
