Overview
Operate CNC machines, brake presses, and resistance welding equipment to produce quality parts at a growing manufacturing plant. What You'll Do7
- 1Operate CNC machines, brake presses, mechanical power presses, and resistance welding equipment daily.
- 2Load and unload materials and parts during production runs, keeping workflows moving.
- 3Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain output and quality.
- 4Perform quality inspections with calipers and gauges to ensure parts meet spec.
- 5Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- 6Support machine setup and routine maintenance on saws, drills, and grinders.
- 7Maintain a clean and organized work cell, following all safety protocols.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of manufacturing or machine operating experience.
- 2Hands-on experience with CNC machines, presses, or welding equipment preferred.
- 3Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- 4Ability to read work instructions and follow production specifications accurately.
- 5Reliable attendance with a strong work ethic.
- 6Capable of lifting 50 lbs or more and standing or bending for entire shifts.
- 7Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
