Machine Operator, Manufacturing & Bottling Line
Overview
The role owns the bottling production line on site in Baltimore, ensuring accurate, efficient output and adherence to SOPs. You will read detailed job instructions, monitor materials, document work, and support a smooth production flow. This position offers hands-on line work with room to grow within a global manufacturing environment. You will join a collaborative team focused on quality and safety on a full-time basis.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and operate the bottling line and related equipment in a safe, efficient manner
- 2Load materials, monitor line flow, and maintain consistent product output
- 3Inspect for defects, remove nonconforming items, and document issues per procedures
- 4Label, package, and palletize finished goods as required
- 5Accurately complete production documentation using paper and computer systems
- 6Monitor material levels and trigger restock notifications to avoid downtime
- 7Follow all SOPs and safety guidelines at all times
- 8Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- 9Perform duties beyond core tasks to support production goals
- 10Work extended hours as needed to meet demands
Requirements10
- 1At least 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments
- 2Experience as a machine operator or production line worker
- 3Ability to operate and monitor a bottling line or similar production equipment
- 4Strong attention to detail when reading, interpreting, and executing job instructions
- 5Capability to perform general production tasks including packing, picking, and packaging
- 6Comfort working with repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality and pace
- 7Basic computer skills for documenting work completion and entering production data
- 8Ability to follow SOPs and established processes accurately
- 9Reliability in monitoring material levels and initiating restock notifications
- 10Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials on a production line
