Machine Maintenance Technician, Industrial Automation & 480V Motors
Overview
A full time onsite role leading maintenance across a diverse set of manufacturing equipment in Greenfield IN. You will diagnose, repair, and prevent downtime on mechanical, electrical and electronic systems. You will collaborate with a team to improve reliability and reduce unplanned outages. You will document maintenance activity and calibrate machinery for optimal performance.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and execute preventive maintenance on a variety of machines and equipment
- 2Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical mechanical and electronic breakdowns on the shop floor
- 3Replace or repair defective components such as belts bearings motors and sensors
- 4Calibrate align and fine tune machinery to meet performance specs
- 5Document all maintenance activities and repairs in the CMMS or logbook
- 6Collaborate with technicians to analyze complex repairs and implement improvements
- 7Identify root causes and contribute to maintenance strategy changes
- 8Monitor equipment performance and drive uptime improvements
- 9Support safety and quality standards during maintenance tasks
- 10Cover multiple shifts to support 24/5 manufacturing operations
Requirements10
- 1Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- 2Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- 3Troubleshooting skills with 480 Volt 3 phase motors
- 4Strong safety focus and procedural adherence
- 5Onsite compensation package including health dental vision 401k and PTO
- 6Willingness to work 1st 2nd or 3rd shift as needed
- 7Capability to work in a clean organized automotive manufacturing environment
- 8Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Greenfield IN
- 9Physically able to perform maintenance tasks including lifting and bending
- 10Pay range $62,400 - $83,200 per year
