What You'll Do6

  • 1Troubleshoot and repair industrial automated equipment including conveyors, motors, and PLC-controlled systems.
  • 2Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems to reduce downtime.
  • 3Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and control issues using multimeters and ladder logic.
  • 4Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide repairs.
  • 5Maintain safety and reliability standards for all production machinery.
  • 6Support continuous operations by responding to equipment failures and minimizing production stops.

Requirements6

  • 12+ years of maintenance technician experience or 3+ years in HVAC, electrical, millwright, or military technical field.
  • 2Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for automated systems.
  • 3Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings.
  • 4Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and extended hours when needed.
  • 5Experience with PLC and robotics is a plus.
  • 6High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
