What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and direct nursing staff through change processes and delegate tasks appropriately
- 2Prioritize patient care activities and supervise work assignments effectively
- 3Utilize Spark and Airflow to build and manage ETL pipelines
- 4Develop individualized care plans incorporating multidisciplinary input and patient preferences
- 5Ensure accurate documentation reflecting the nursing process and interventions
- 6Implement infection control measures and optimize pain management protocols
- 7Conduct daily rounds and monitor patient progress against care plans
- 8Participate in problem identification and resolution with cross-functional teams
- 9Mentor new hires and provide coaching on unit operations and patient care
- 10Maintain compliance with workplace safety principles and apply standard precautions
- 11Coordinate discharge planning and educate patients on medication purposes and administration
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading nursing teams in clinical settings
- 35+ years experience with Kubernetes for scalable applications
- 41-year recent experience in GI/Endoscopy or 2-years in PACU/ED
- 5Registered Nurse License (California)
- 6Basic Life Support certification
- 7Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- 8Principles of Responsibility adherence demonstrated
- 9Commitment to patient-centered care and cultural competence
