Requirements10
- 1Bachelor of Science in Nursing and eight years of healthcare operations experience
- 2Two years managing operational or project budgets
- 3Two years in leadership roles with direct reports
- 4Five years of customer or patient service experience
- 5California Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification
- 6Knowledge of employee relations consulting and clinical risk assessment
- 7Five years experience in process improvement initiatives
- 8Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and healthcare quality standards
- 9Understanding of union work environments and conflict resolution skills
- 10Experience with stakeholder management and legal compliance requirements
