What You'll Do11

- 5Drive process improvements by conducting data analysis and root cause investigations

- 7Oversee staff training and develop partnerships with medical leadership for educational programs
- 8Establish and lead CDI initiatives aligned with organizational goals and market demands

- 10Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in healthcare documentation

Requirements9
- 1Minimum one year of experience managing operational or project budgets
- 2Minimum five years of leadership experience in healthcare documentation or related fields
- 3Minimum four years of experience in clinical documentation improvement or integrity
- 4Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Medicine Health Administration or related discipline
- 5Eight years of specialized experience in nursing medicine CDI inpatient coding quality review case management or similar roles
- 6Certification such as CCDS CDIP CCS-P RHIA RHIT
- 7Four years of proficiency with Epic or alternative EMR systems
- 8Proven ability to influence teams and resolve complex issues
- 9Strong analytical skills for interpreting audit findings and performance metrics
