LPN/LVN G-Tube Trach Vent Acute Homecare Charlotte
Overview
LPN/LVN will support adults with G-tube Trach & Vent in Charlotte with flexible scheduling across two cases. You’ll join a large private duty nursing company that emphasizes culture, wellbeing, and growth. Work closely with a local team and use electronic documentation through a home tablet. This role offers weekend, day, night, and PRN options to fit your availability.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build compassionate, high-quality patient care in home settings for adults with complex needs
- 2Document clinical activities using electronic tablet in real time
- 3Coordinate with local clinicians and operators to ensure consistent care
- 4Follow care plans for G-tube, Trach & Vent patients and adjust as needed
- 5Communicate patient status and changes to the care team to support outcomes
- 6Maintain patient safety, infection control, and device maintenance according to policy
Requirements6
- 1Active LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- 2Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- 3TB skin test within last 12 months
- 4Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred
- 5Reliable transportation
- 6Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
