What You'll Do5
- 1Deliver patient‑centered LPN/LVN care in home settings with emphasis on pediatric TPN management
- 2Collaborate with clinicians to document care using electronic systems and ensure accurate therapy administration
- 3Coordinate with families to develop and adjust care plans while maintaining safety and compliance
- 4Participate in ongoing training and skill advancement to support diverse pediatric needs
- 5Support pharmacy and IV therapy coordination to ensure timely medication delivery and room setup
Requirements7
- 1Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- 2Current CPR certification with hands‑on component
- 3TB test within last 12 months
- 4Six months hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
- 5Reliable transportation
- 6Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
- 7Compact license holders must transfer to state of residence within 90 days
