What You'll Do5
- 1Build and supervise daily nursing activities with CNAs to maintain high quality care
- 2Provide direct nursing care to residents in alignment with state and federal regulations
- 3Ensure accurate documentation and compliance under the supervision of the DON
- 4Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes with appropriate interventions
- 5Contribute to a safe and compassionate care environment that reflects the facility values
Requirements5
- 1Current PA nursing license unrestricted and in good standing
- 2Current CPR certification
- 3Experience with PCC preferred
- 4Ability to complete continuing education/licensing requirements
- 5Strong clinical and rehab teamwork and communication skills
