Overview
CNA role on 1st shift at a 150-bed post-acute facility in Pittsburgh. You will support residents with daily living activities under supervision to maintain compliance with state, federal, and local standards. What You'll Do5
- 1Build trusted relationships with residents and families while assisting with activities of daily living.
- 2Provide respectful, compassionate care under supervision to support independence and comfort.
- 3Document care activities accurately in resident records and communicate changes to nursing staff.
- 4Assist with mobility, toileting, grooming, and daily routines to enhance residents' quality of life.
- 5Support adherence to infection control and safety protocols during all care activities.
Requirements6
- 1Must be at least 18 years old
- 2CNA certification in good standing in PA
- 3Experience with PCC is preferred
- 4Ability to work 1st shift onsite in Pittsburgh
- 5Desire to grow professionally and pursue further education or specialty training
- 6Strong communication and teamwork skills
