What You'll Do10
- 1Provide assistance with activities of daily living to residents
- 2Support nursing staff to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care
- 3Assist with routine care tasks under supervision
- 4Document resident status and report changes to the nursing team
- 5Engage with residents to maintain dignity and well-being
- 6Contribute to a positive, respectful team culture at the facility
- 7Assist with mobility, bathing, dressing, and nutrition as needed
- 8Support care plans and participate in care rounds
- 9Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- 10Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities across the PACS network
Requirements10
- 1Must be 18 years or older
- 2CNA certification in good standing in PA
- 3Experience with PCC preferred
- 4Compassion for vulnerable populations
- 5Ability to work on-site in Bethel Park, PA
- 6Willingness to work PRN opportunities within the PACS network
- 7Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 8Detail-oriented with ability to follow state, federal, and local standards
