What You'll Do10
- 1Build relationships with residents to assist with daily living activities
- 2Provide compassionate care under supervision of nursing staff
- 3Document care and observations in accordance with regulatory requirements
- 4Support fall prevention and safety protocols
- 5Assist with routine tasks while maintaining resident dignity and comfort
- 6Coordinate with care team to ensure timely delivery of services
- 7Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
- 8Contribute to a positive, respectful work environment
- 9Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
- 10Support telehealth visits and patient education as appropriate
Requirements5
- 1Active CNA certification in good standing in PA
- 2Experience with PCC is preferred
- 3Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population
- 4Onsite availability for Pittsburgh PA location
- 5Authorized to work in the United States
