What You'll Do6
- 1Build and supervise direct nursing care for residents on the 3rd shift
- 2Lead and coordinate CNA activities under the DON supervision to ensure quality care
- 3Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards, and maintain documentation
- 4Mentor staff through continuing education and licensure requirements
- 5Communicate with residents and families with empathy to support vulnerable populations
- 6Support PRN opportunities within the regional PACS network as needed
Requirements5
- 1Current PA nursing license in good standing
- 2Current CPR certification
- 3Ability to maintain required continuing education/licensing
- 4Experience with PCC preferred
- 5Strong communication and empathy with vulnerable populations
