What You'll Do8
- 1Lead direct patient care activities for residents on 3rd shift weekends
- 2Supervise and support certified nursing aides to ensure quality daily care
- 3Coordinate under the supervision of the DON to maintain compliance with state, federal, and local standards
- 4Monitor resident well-being and respond to changes in condition with empathy and professionalism
- 5Document and communicate care plans and updates to the care team and family as appropriate
- 6Participate in ongoing staff development and education to uphold clinical best practices
- 7Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support discharge planning and transitions
- 8Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance patient experience and outcomes
Requirements9
- 1Active PA RN license in good standing
- 2Current CPR certification
- 3Experience with PCC preferred
- 4Ability to communicate effectively with a vulnerable population
- 5Demonstrated ability to maintain continuing education/licensing requirements
- 6Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- 7Willingness to work Fridays and Saturdays on 3rd shift
- 8Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- 9Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA
