What You'll Do10
- 1Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
- 2Support nursing staff to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards
- 3Document care and report changes in resident condition promptly
- 4Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence during care
- 5Engage with residents to support wellbeing and reduce distress
- 6Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives
- 7Utilize PCC system to document and track care provided
- 8Collaborate with therapy and clinical teams to support rehab goals
- 9Monitor safety and infection control practices
- 10Contribute to a positive and respectful facility culture
Requirements5
- 1At least 18 years of age
- 2CNA certification in good standing in PA
- 3Experience with PCC is preferred
- 4Able to work 2nd shift on-site in Pittsburgh, PA
- 5Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning
