What You'll Do11
- 1Sign and inspect incoming packages
- 2Write up incoming units for repair work
- 3Perform quality inspection on received units
- 4Verify part numbers and serial numbers
- 5Prepare shipments for pickup and delivery
- 6Check labeling accuracy and packaging compliance
- 7Maintain detailed shipment records
- 8Assist with daily inventory management
- 9Manage consignment inventory
- 10Generate picking reports for team collaboration
- 11Support mechanics by processing Yellow Tags and returning parts to inventory
Requirements7
- 1High School diploma or GED
- 2Basic computer literacy and attention to detail
- 3Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 4Experience in receiving stockroom or shipping roles
- 5Prior quantum computing experience preferred
- 6Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- 7Previous experience with receiving systems is a plus
