What You'll Do11
- 1Market trading inventory and services to current and prospective customers
- 2Process daily customer requests for quotations sales and exchanges
- 3Serve as primary point of contact for trading activities
- 4Optimize inventory utilization while processing trading sales orders
- 5Monitor and follow up on core returns after exchanges
- 6Support accounts receivable in resolving customer payment issues
- 7Coordinate core repairs and customer invoicing
- 8Maintain and grow business within the trading department
- 9Manage sale and exchange of used LRUs not covered by repair contracts
- 10Act as lead for trading initiatives
- 11Drive revenue growth through effective customer relationships
Requirements12
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum of 5 years experience in rotable program activities trading or aviation aftermarket operations
- 3Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Quantum and industry parts search platforms such as ILS PartsBase
- 5Excellent time management active listening and organizational skills
- 6Ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform under pressure
- 7Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- 8Accurate task completion within established deadlines
- 9Effective written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
