What You'll Do11
- 1Operate a company-provided front-end loader or forklift to move and load vehicles
- 2Maintain detailed records of vehicle movements and documentation
- 3Conduct daily pre and post-trip inspections of assigned machinery
- 4Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and equipment standards
- 5Facilitate the Copart experience by addressing customer needs
- 6Assist with maintenance of company equipment and vehicles
- 7Record vehicle information accurately using digital cameras or tracking devices
- 8Set up yards for auctions according to company timelines
- 9Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive professional demeanor
- 10Follow yard safety guidelines including speed limits
- 11Load and unload vehicles as required based on operational needs
Requirements7
- 1HS diploma or GED preferred
- 2At least two years of outdoor work experience
- 3One year of loader or forklift experience with certification preferred
- 4Strong customer service and communication skills
- 5Ability to operate heavy equipment safely
- 6Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- 7Positive attitude high integrity and bilingual abilities are a plus
