What You'll Do11
- 1Provide SMART customer service through execution of Lowe's policies
- 2Assist customers with locating selecting carrying and loading merchandise
- 3Support checkout fulfillment and customer assistance throughout store
- 4Pull staging and preparing customer and contractor orders accurately
- 5Use power equipment and store technology safely to move merchandise
- 6Maintain in stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise
- 7Collect carts and keep work areas clean and organized
- 8Identify and report safety hazards theft and security concerns
- 9Operate store equipment as needed depending on role
- 10Communicate product features warranty and Lowe's program information to customers
- 11Follow all Lowe's safety policies including proper use of power equipment
Requirements8
- 16 months experience using a computer input accessing modifying or outputting information
- 26 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- 3Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as required by law
- 4High school diploma or GED
- 56 months retail experience at any home improvement or hardware retailer
- 66 months retail merchandising experience including zone recovery stocking and faceout
- 76 months experience inspecting carrying loading and unloading products in vehicles
- 8Proven ability to perform additional duties as assigned
